Easy to use
1. The user selects the tool they want using the touch screen.
They can search for:
- tools
- tool families
- tool suppliers
- machine tool categories
- machining operations
2. They scan their badge on the reader and the software records: the transaction time and date, the user’s identification number and the item selected.
3. The machine dispenses the item by opening the corresponding locker.
Consumption management
Each transaction is recorded in a centralised database, meaning consumption statistics can be monitored at all times. That means complete control over your consumables. Each user is identified by their badge number. Manage your stock using either supplier or internal references. The software warns you before any stock-out.
